Weekly Wrap Up – friends

First and most importantly, I want to thank the lovely weekly-wrap-up readers who were so generous to share a comment and take the time to offer loving encouragement with me a few weeks ago.  I so appreciate your words and your time here!  Therefore, I offer this week’s wrap up to those friends.

Science class we cheered for completed homework with donuts and got our hands on 12 Real Bugs -> you can read my review.

We celebrated the end of our winter Precepts homeschool bible study class at church.  I really enjoyed teaching.  Praying and brainstorming what the fall homeschool class will look like.  I want to incorporate something for the middle school kids!

We enjoyed a picnic dinner with another homeschool family.  It turned into a fishing adventure.  All seven kids had such a fun time – everyone caught something.  The laughter and joy on their faces was priceless!  Leave it to my Mississippi Man to bring people together with a fishing pole.  His Papa taught him right.

We’re wrapping up 5th grade Math – we’ll roll right into 6th and school thru the roasting hot summer.  Fingers crossed for a trip that will require our passports.

Soccer season has kicked up this week, and I’m thankful for the boys being exhausted at night.

I am reading a few books right now … a few for me, one to each boy, and one as a family …
